Based on the Positive Discipline™ model of parenting, parent coaching services are designed to help you cope with a variety of parenting issues, including toddler tantrums, eating and homework battles, sibling rivalry and teenage power struggles. Parent coaching will help you build on your own strengths, your children's strengths, and win your children's cooperation, while building their problem-solving skills and self-discipline.

This 7 week experiential training provides parents with a toolbox of skills to deal with all kinds of parenting issues. Each two-hour session includes a short chapter discussion from the book Positive Discipline by Dr. Jane Nelson, as well as experiential exercises designed to cement the learning. Participants rave about the experiential approach, which eliminates boredom and greatly increases the learning. Ginger facilitates Parenting the Positive Discipline Way™ trainings in southern West Virginia.
